In his new position as CSO, Rich will lead AgeWell Solvere Living’s long-term strategic direction and business development efforts. He will continue to oversee the leadership and strategic initiatives of the sales and marketing departments, as well as community branding and revenue growth. Rich’s responsibilities will also include driving innovation, expanding partnerships with ownership groups, and ensuring alignment with AgeWell Solvere Living’s mission to deliver exceptional care and services.
