Area Director of Sales
Lindsey Spears
Lindsey Spears recently joined AgeWell Solvere, bringing with her 12 years of experience in senior living. In her current role, she supports our three Foxridge Communities, focusing on sales, outreach, and marketing. Her background includes several years in stand-alone Memory Care and the lease-up of a new Independent Living Memory Care community.
Lindsey was inspired to pursue a career in senior living by her personal experience with her grandmother, who had dementia. She is passionate about education and serving those impacted by memory-related conditions. Her approach to senior care is centered on the belief that the more we know, the better we can serve, always striving to give residents the best.
In her free time, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, watching the Razorbacks, and indulging in her love for trout fishing. Despite being allergic to cats, she has a pet cat named Kitty Karma, fulfilling her daughter’s wish for a furry companion—showing the lengths parents go for their kids!
Educational Background: Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Arkansas and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and serves as a Support Group Facilitator for the Alzheimer’s Association.
