The Monarch at Richardson stands as a shining example of the success of our MVP Program. This remarkable assisted living and memory care community in Richardson, Texas, celebrated 13 MVPs of the Year in 2024, with several team members earning the distinction multiple times. Their low team turnover rate speaks to the power of recognition and a supportive culture—demonstrating that when excellence is celebrated, it inspires lasting dedication and passion. The Monarch’s story is a testament to how fostering loyalty and appreciation drives success and elevates the entire community experience.
How it Works
Mission Values Purpose
MVP On The Spot
Everyday acts of excellence deserve immediate recognition. Residents, families, supervisors, or fellow team members can highlight a team member's exceptional display of our core values by filling out an MVP card. These cards shine a spotlight on those who make a positive impact and are personally presented to the deserving individual.
MVP(s) Of The Month
Monthly recognition takes things to the next level. Team members who have received MVP cards in each core value category are awarded an MVP Star Pin to proudly display on their nametag. A personal gift is also presented to celebrate their dedication. Collect MVP cards throughout the month and submit them to your supervisor for this special honor.
MVP(s) Of The Year
The ultimate accolade! Team members who earn at least six MVP Star Pins over the course of the year are eligible to be named MVP of the Year. This outstanding achievement is celebrated with an annual party, a certificate of recognition, and a featured spot on the community’s wall of honor.
