our Story
AgeWell Solvere Living was born from the merger of two Florida-based senior living operators: AgeWell Living, founded in 2006, and Solvere Living, established in 2012. United by a shared vision to provide exceptional service, they combined their expertise and passion on January 1, 2023, to form a unified company.
In November 2023, furthering our commitment to growth and excellence, we welcomed the Sonata and Serenades portfolio of communities into the AgeWell Solvere family. This expansion has strengthened our dedication to serving residents and supporting our team members.
