Her unique combination of clinical, sales, and operational expertise has enabled her to successfully lead communities through growth, transformation, and operational excellence.Throughout her career, Danielle has held leadership roles across independent living, assisted living, and memory care, earning a reputation for driving occupancy growth, strengthening community culture, improving financial performance, and developing high-performing teams.
