We are thrilled to share that Lorrie Kovac, BSN, RN, has been promoted to Chief Wellness Officer at AgeWell Solvere Living.
Lorrie’s promotion is more than a title change—it’s a celebration of her extraordinary journey, marked by two decades of clinical excellence and nine years of dedicated service with AgeWell Solvere Living. Known for her hands-on leadership, deep compassion for residents, and unwavering drive to improve outcomes, Lorrie has played an instrumental role in shaping the wellness standards we live by today.
In her new role, Lorrie will lead all nursing and clinical compliance efforts across our national portfolio. She will also continue to champion innovation in wellness strategy, support our clinical teams, and ensure every resident receives high-quality, personalized care.

Lorrie’s impact has been felt across every level of the organization. As a former Vice President of Wellness and later Senior Vice President, she has played a critical role in implementing our Salus™ Wellness Philosophy, refining care protocols, and supporting communities through everything from state surveys to system transitions. Her ability to lead with purpose and clarity makes her a go-to resource for both clinical teams and operational leadership.
She is also a certified trainer in Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care® and a past recipient of the Florida Senior Living Association’s Employee of the Year Award—further evidence of her commitment to meaningful, person-centered care.
