Since joining the organization, Alisha has brought sharp operational insight, a drive for process improvement, and a deep understanding of how strong financial systems support the mission of senior living communities. From developing targeted training for Business Office Directors to refining systems that help our communities thrive, her impact is already being felt across the portfolio. Alisha shared:
