AgeWell Senior Living is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeremy Ganisin to Regional Vice President, recognizing his exceptional leadership and the meaningful impact he has made across the organization.
This promotion follows Jeremy’s appointment as Area Director of Operations earlier this year and reflects both his continued success and AgeWell’s confidence in his ability to lead at an even broader level.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the hospitality and foodservice industries and over six years in senior living operations, Jeremy has built a reputation for operational excellence, financial stewardship, and servant leadership.
Throughout his career, he has successfully driven occupancy growth, strengthened operational performance, improved financial outcomes, and developed high-performing leadership teams. His collaborative approach and commitment to supporting others have earned the respect of colleagues across the organization.

One of Jeremy’s greatest strengths is his ability to invest in the people around him. Whether mentoring executive directors, helping teams navigate operational challenges, or providing strategic guidance, he leads with accessibility, accountability, and a genuine desire to see others succeed.
