Here's What You Need To Know
We want to best support all of your marketing needs. To do this, we ask all requests are submitted with enough lead time and a detailed project scope. Below are project timelines for specific project deliverables. Last-minute and urgent requests need to be submitted by your RVP and discussed with your community account manager.
- Event: 5 Weeks Prior to the Event
- Flyer: 2 weeks
- Print Ads: 3 Weeks Prior to Ad Artwork Due Date
- Direct Mail: 6-8 Weeks
- Print Collateral: (i.e. rack brochures, pocket folders, etc): 3 Weeks Lead Time
- Web & Social: 2 day turn around time depending on request
