Cecelia began her career with the organization in 2014 as Director of Administrative Services when the company operated out of a small office in Princeton, New Jersey, with a team of just 14. As the company expanded—launching Solvere Living, relocating its headquarters, and later merging with AgeWell Living and Sonata Senior Living—Cecelia’s role evolved in step. Today, she plays a pivotal role in company-wide initiatives, operations, and strategic growth.

Moments That Matter
Among her most cherished memories is a conversation with a resident during the grand opening of Rockbridge Oaks. After chatting for some time, the resident warmly told Cecelia she “felt like an old dear friend she had just met.” When Cecelia shared she worked for the head office office, the resident lit up and exclaimed, “Wow, I had no idea I was meeting a Big Shot!” It’s moments like these that fuel Cecelia’s passion for service and connection.
