Cecelia brings to AgeWell Solvere Living over 25+ years of senior level administrative services and office management experience across a variety of industries. Cecelia supports our leadership team by managing all aspects of administrative services for the company and the communities we manage. Her primary areas of focus include managing our Solvere.info intranet website, drafting and finalizing proposals, marketing and operations assessments, financing offerings and management contracts, as well as managing various operations and human resources projects. In addition, Cecelia coordinates the semi-annual StoryTree sales training workshops as well as various annual company meetings and all state and national conferences.
