Airin Dresen has been a dedicated part of the AgeWell Solvere team since November 2023, following the merger with Sonata Senior Living, where she began her career in October 2013. With 25 years of experience in the senior living industry, Airin has progressed through various roles, starting as a Concierge and advancing to Business Office Director, Area Business Office Director, and currently Regional Business Office Specialist. In her current role, she is responsible for managing business office operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Throughout her career, Airin has been recognized for her excellence in business office management, receiving numerous awards including the Super Nova of the Year Award, Business Office Director of the Year Award, and Value Creator of the Year.
Airin’s passion for senior living is driven by her enjoyment of working with the elderly and the meaningful relationships she builds with residents, who become like family. Her philosophy on senior care emphasizes creating a homelike environment where residents receive the care they deserve, enjoy a stress-free life, and have access to engaging activities and diverse dining options.
