Caroline has more than 12 years in project management and client solutions in the senior housing industry. Caroline focuses on transitioning all components of management for both outgoing and incoming communities. Additionally, she acts as project director for all communities under development and through opening including acquiring initial Licensure items. She creates project plans and task lists for each transition and start-up and uses the Smartsheet project management software to ensure all details are completed within determined deadlines.
