With over 12 years of experience in strategic communications, marketing, and event planning, Lisa Jones has been with AgeWell Solvere Living since 2019 ensuring that marketing and community goals are seamlessly aligned. As Director of Account Services, she serves as the primary point of contact for senior living communities, helping them translate goals into actionable marketing strategies that drive occupancy, deepen engagement, and support sales efforts.

Lisa is known for balancing the needs of the communities with the capabilities and priorities of the marketing team—setting clear expectations, aligning resources, and establishing a shared path to success. She works closely with sales and operations teams to implement best practices in lead generation, nurturing, and resident retention. By delivering timely insights and fostering collaboration across departments, Lisa helps ensure marketing efforts are not only strategic but impactful.

Prior to joining AgeWell Solvere Living, Lisa held various leadership roles across industries including film, retail, and commercial real estate. She worked as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Williamsburg Premium Outlets, where she oversaw branding, social media, and tourism strategy. She holds a B.A. in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from Georgia State University.

Lisa is an Atlanta native who relocated to Richmond 8 years ago. Outside of work, she enjoys the city’s many festivals, local music events and taking care of her 3-year old chiweenie, Frankie. Lisa is a big fan of traveling, especially with going on cruises to the Western Caribbean whenever she can.
