Michele Lindsey

Michele Lindsey is a seasoned senior living HR executive with more than 30 years of experience dedicated to supporting the people who serve others. Since joining the organization in 2019, she has brought a deep commitment to cultivating strong leaders, empowering teams, and fostering cultures where individuals can reach their full potential—ultimately enhancing the lives of the residents they serve.
Michele began her career with Life Care Centers of America, one of the nation’s largest privately held long-term care providers, where she developed a strong foundation in workforce operations, regulatory compliance, and organizational leadership within skilled nursing. She later expanded her experience across the full continuum of senior housing, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and home health through HR leadership roles with Horizon Bay and Brookdale Senior Living.
Throughout her career, Michele has played a key role in supporting large-scale organizational growth, including mergers and acquisitions, where she successfully guided workforce integration, leadership alignment, and cultural continuity. She approaches change with a focus on ensuring people remain supported and engaged through periods of transition.
As Chief People and Talent Officer, Michele leads the company’s people strategy with a focus on talent acquisition, leadership development, employee relations, and culture. She is passionate about servant leadership and believes that investing in the growth and development of team members creates a ripple effect—driving engagement, strengthening communities, and delivering meaningful, positive experiences for residents.
A dedicated advocate for leadership development, Michele is committed to helping others discover and maximize their strengths, build confidence, and lead with purpose. She is a certified leadership and strengths coach and holds an MBA in Human Resource Management. She also holds the SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified HR Professional) designation and brings extensive expertise in leadership development and talent management.

When not working, Michele is happiest during quality time with family.  She has a love for the outdoors, including relaxing by the ocean, hiking in the mountains, kayaking and biking.  Her hobbies are traveling, cooking, gardening and photography.
