AgeWell Senior Living is pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Forbes from Executive Director to Regional Vice President, recognizing her leadership, industry experience, and proven ability to build strong teams and successful communities.
With more than two decades of experience in senior living, Jennifer brings a unique combination of sales and operational expertise to her new role. Most recently serving as an Executive Director at an AgeWell community, she brings firsthand knowledge of community operations and a deep understanding of what community leaders need to succeed.
Leading from Community Experience
Known for her compassion, dedication, and results-driven approach, Jennifer believes strong leadership begins with people. As an Executive Director, she led and coached her team around a shared mission, encouraging them to lead with heart and passion while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence.
That experience will now extend across a broader group of AgeWell communities. As Regional Vice President, Jennifer will work alongside Executive Directors and community teams to strengthen operations, develop leaders, and support exceptional experiences for residents and families.
