Danielle joins AgeWell with a diverse background spanning clinical care, sales, and operations. Her experience leading independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities has equipped her with a well-rounded perspective and a proven ability to strengthen operations while fostering exceptional experiences for residents, families, and team members.

Danielle began her career as a nurse before advancing to Director of Wellness, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and deep expertise in resident care, quality outcomes, and team leadership. She later transitioned into sales leadership, helping families navigate important life decisions while connecting them with communities that best met their individual needs.
Her unique combination of clinical knowledge and operational leadership has allowed her to successfully guide communities through periods of growth, change, and continued success.
